About the Author Pascal Blanchet was born in 1980 in Trois-Rivieres, a small city about halfway between Montreal and Quebec. He works as an illustrator for numerous companies in North America. His first graphic novel, "La Fugue" (published in French), won the 2005 Bedelys Award for best Quebec graphic album of the year.

Realistic Story About Old Age in America By Amazon shopper I loved this book as a grandma who also is involved with caring for older relatives and friends. It does NOT step back from some very real issues facing our elders like loneliness, safety, and even potential incontinence. It covers them in a respectful manner woven into the story itself. A realistic look at aging in America. Good for children as well as adults.
