I have read this book twice By Cindy Wreath kept me on my toes, whether she was running and hiding from danger or trying to blend in and not gain any attention from anyone. She proved that the strength and toughness that kept her going would not fail her, and neither did God and the people of her new community. Finding herself seemingly all alone in this world with no one to help her did not hinder her plans to keep the promise Wreath made to her mother before her mother died; to finish high school and graduate. Though she had challenges along the way she learned that there were people who genuinely cared about her and would be there for her no matter what her need was. Wreath was destined for success. It would come at a cost, and it would be well worth it. Her future would lead her into places she couldn't have foreseen, and her rewards would be great. I have read this book twice, and will read it again. I believe you will enjoy Wreath's story if you read it.
